The show in Melbourne was taken down yesterday and I got word that all the paintings that were purchased from out of state have been shipped out. Thanks to everyone who visited the online exhibit and purchased a painting! Your paintings should be arriving shortly.
What a fantastic experience it was to have my first solo show in a gallery that was so welcoming and helpful. I learned so much and am so happy with the outcome. Just the experience itself was great. Hard, tiring, and anxiety-ridden, yes, but worth it all. Having a show to prepare for gave me a reason to paint and paint and paint, rather than do my usual and find other things that were more important for me to do.
Focus. Purpose. Confidence to move forward and submit my work to more places.

Thanks Kim. I agree with you 100%-it was nice to feel emotionally safe and welcomed in an atmosphere that could have been stressful and intimidating.
