This cigar box piece is currently in Higher Art Gallery’s show “Out of the Box”, which opened n Traverse City, Michigan earlier this month. The exhibit runs until March 14th, 2026.
I wrote my thoughts and process about this piece a few months ago, which can be read here. I wasn’t planning on showing this piece. It was something I felt an urge to make, and so I did.
