I have been really enjoying working on this current series where I’m going through my pile of salvaged wood that I have been savin and sifting through for years. There was one year, probably over a decade ago, where some old weathered pallets came into my possession. I took them apart as best I could and saved what I could. Glad that I finally am using some of the last pieces.
I have had the book The Overstory in my possession for years., but I haven’t finished it yet. I read it in bits and pieces. I think I will dedicate myself to finishing it this year. So many books, so little time.
This piece really did look like a passageway to me.
