Just to be

The inspiration for this piece came from an afternoon spent on a canoe. I hadn’t been in a canoe since I was a little girl. I felt such tremendous peace with the world in that little vessel. I saw the swallows flitting about over the water and just felt the moment that I was in. This piece will be in an upcoming show at Lark and Key Gallery early 2017.
I love this piece. It is so soothing and peaceful.
