I’m about to start working on some large oil paintings that are similar to the tiny 4×4 inch mixed media paintings that I’ve been doing. I have a 24 x 36 inch canvas waiting for me on the easel. That is big leap from 4×4 inches! I feel very excited. Anticipation.
It’s been a good week. After being out of my studio because of illness and travel, it feels good to be back in here. I kind of needed a break after the Christmas season. Not that getting sick and traveling for family emergency is a “vacation”, but it was a break. I worked all week on journals. Slowly I’m getting the “Currently sold out” off the journals on amanobooks. And tomorrow is designated my Painting Day. Wheee!!!!!
Got stuff prepped this afternoon so I can just dive in tomorrow.
