Finally set up an area to try my hand at taking my own pictures of my art work with my digital camera. I set up a velvet background and 2 lights at an angle as I learned in my workshop at artfest. Still have to see if the slides turn out.
This one didn’t seem to turn out so bad.
Maybe I should just pay someone to take pictures of my work…but trying to save some money. Time vs effort? Hmmmm. That always seems to be the question.
Absolutely georgeous... both the art and the photo you took of it. I don't think you need to pay someone -- your photo looks very professional in my opinion!
