prints, mats, and a pile of broken razor blades

 |  July 30, 2007

Today is usually my day to paint, but I matted all afternoon instead. Oh joy. My hand hurts. But the good thing is I got a lot done. I ran out of mat board, but hopefully my order will arrive tomorrow and I can get my prints all matted up.

Gone to Seed, monotype print (unmatted in this photo)

I will be offering giclee prints of some of my recent work as well as original monotype prints like the one above at the Magnolia Summer Art Festival that will take place this coming up weekend. I will also have three paintings hanging in the juried art show.

    Hi Bri,
I love this. Do you ever sell your prints online? I'm interested in this one if I can afford it.

hey tara! Thanks for your interest. I may put some prints on my etsy after this weekend. I will let you know if I do. Are you interested in the original or a print of it? The prices would differ...I'll email you later when I get a chance! Hope you are doing well.

Hi, Ugh, cutting your own mats is hard. You should just get some from Documounts. (www.documounts) It is a really good deal. Beautiful print!
