Here is another piece that I reworked in these past 2 months. Is reworked even the right word? Maybe it’s more that I continued working on it. I thought it was done before. But then later, when I got the painting back, I decided it wasn’t and continued the thread.
What I love about “continuing the thread” is the texture and layers that build up. This painting is like that. There’s a history there, on the surface and in the depths. And now I 100 % feel like it’s done. My heart and my brain feel content. Nothing is nagging at me to change.
