I have had that photo transfer sitting around the studio for months now. I have been itching to use it but it just never felt right. So on Sunday, when I started this, I was determined to finally use the transfer. I got it down on the panel and didn’t know what to do next.
I just laid paint down. Switching colors. Too bright, too blue, too dark, too dirty. It was a struggle…but then finally it just clicked. Yesterday I added on the netted cloth to the sides and the words underneath:
